Model BR 3003 Series, Bicycle Rack This popular model has been modified to make it more space efficient and less costly to manufacture while still maintaining all of its functionality. The following changes have been made to this bike rack:

• The loops are slightly shorter;
• The loops are slightly narrower;
• The distance between the loops has been decreased.

HEIGHT
Racks shall stand 34” tall.
MATERIAL

• Locking Loops Locking loops shall be fabricated from one of the following materials: 1-5/8” O.D. (.140 wall), 1.9 O.D. (.145 wall), or 2-3/8” O.D. (.154 wall) Schedule 40 round steel pipe or 2” O.D. (.188 wall) square structural and mechanical steel tube.
• Base Rails Base rails shall be fabricated from 3” steel channel.

FINISH
Hot-dipped galvanized (standard & recommended);
polyester powder coated (optional); thermoplastic
powder coat (optional); stainless steel with a #4 satin
finish (optional). Designate “-G”; “-P”, “-T”, or “-SS” for galvanized, powder coated, thermoplastic coated, or
stainless steel finish respectively after the mounting designation.
INSTALLATION
Racks shall be surface mounted via predrilled holes in
the 3” steel channel rails or flat bar rails. Designate “-C”
or “-FB” after the finish designation.
