Hot Dipped Galvanized - Racks will be hot dipped galvanized subsequent to fabrication and hand filed to remove any flash
Polyester Powder Coat - Racks are sand blasted subsequent to fabrication to eliminate any rust or other foreign particles. During the powder coating process, the racks are sand blasted, electrostatically sprayed with a thermosetting triglycidyl isocyanurate (TGIC) polyester powder coat.
Stainless Steel - Brushed finish.
INSTALLATION
Surface Flange Mount - Surface flange mounted racks shall be outfitted with surface base plates (typical of 2 per rack) for bolting to existing concrete.
Embedded - Racks shall be directly embedded below grade.
